About Dayspring Family Medicine
Dayspring Family Medicine was established in 1985 as a solo practice. The practice is based on Christian principles and providing the best medical care possible. This combination has allowed the office to thrive, growing into a practice with three MDs, eight Physician Assistants/Nurse Practioners, a Medicare Wellness Nurse, and a Clinical Pharmacist. Dayspring Family Medicine strives to accommodate patients by having later evening appointments, as well as being open on Saturdays (for more information on hours, see the Contact Us page).
Dayspring Family Medicine Associates has received a 2014 PATH Excellence in Patient Service Award! UnitedHealthcare presented us with this award based on clinical results that measure how well we deliver preventive care services to our Medicare Advantage patients. Thanks to our wonderful patients, and congrats to our team!
