It’s bittersweet to share that Miranda Worley will be leaving Dayspring Family Medicine on November 5, 2025, as she steps forward to reach new goals.
For the past 12 years, Miranda has been such a blessing to our patients, our team, and our community. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication have touched so many lives, and she will be truly missed by all of us here at Dayspring.
Patients currently under Miranda’s care will be reassigned to another provider in our office to ensure your care continues smoothly. If you have a preferred provider, please let our staff know — while we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to honor your request.

We’re excited to recognize Shekedra “Keke” Jones, our Medicare Wellness Nurse as this month’s Employee of the Month!

Keke brings so much heart and value to our team. Her friendly personality, encouraging nature, and positive attitude make her a constant source of joy and support for both patients and staff. She takes the time to truly connect with each patient, ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and empowered to take charge of their health.
Outside of work, Keke enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being active in her church, and running her own photography business, where her creativity and warmth shine through.
