Covid-19 Vaccines and Testing

We are not taking appointments for Moderna Bivalent and Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 Vaccines at this time. We are currently awaiting approval and arrival of the latest formulations. Please call if you have questions. We will post on the Dayspring home page once they are available at Dayspring.

Once we have vaccines available, the following will apply:

• We are only able to schedule the appointment after 9:00am

• Patients 6 months or older can receive the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines.

• We are scheduling vaccines daily. You must tell our operator which brand you want.

• Please check CDC guidelines linked below for recommended doses.

COVID-19 Testing is currently available for all patients. If you are having symptoms you will likely need an appointment to be seen. Testing for work, school, travel etc., can also be scheduled with our nursing staff. Please call for available appointments!

If you are an Uninsured patient, the cost of a PCR Covid-19 Test is $100.00. The cost of an Antigen Covid-19 Test is $40.00.
